Suburb vandalised with Chinese flags overnight

In a clearly hostile move, (presumably) Chinese spies have gone on a long march through Killarney Heights overnight and decorated the place with unwanted flags of external origin.

I'm sure that Sir Brian Fairweather would be shocked if he learns of this travesty.

  1. There is a widely held theory that half full plastic bottles of water left on a lawn will prevent dogs from doing what dogs like to do. See http://www.snopes.com/critters/wild/lawn.asp for more detail.

In a similar vein, perhaps these patriotic symbols of Aussiness were disseminated by a well meaning benefactor who believes that the fluttering of the plastic flags will discourage the giant rabbits that have been damaging neighbourhood lawns and frightening domestic pets in the suburb recently.
